This course provides system administrators with the skills and best practices to set up users, teams and roles. Through a combination of lecture and hands-on exercises, students will learn about the various user types, automatic system password generation (Sugar 5.5), how to use teams and implement roles in their organization.  This is a two hour portion of the Administrator Fundamentals course.  This course is designed for both on-demand and on-premise administrators, and is offered in two formats: Online and Classroom training.
