In 2005 the idea of Levementum began in Paris over drinks with a conversation about accountability. Having grown to fulfill the early goals of becoming a company that is relentless in its pursuit of value creation, Levementum has gained admiration as a company to work for, partner with and grow in, with a focus on culture and valuing the individual and the team with a candid and transparent approach.

In 2011, Levementum began to build and sell services to help customers deploy enterprise solutions in the public and private Cloud spaces. It was one of the early adopters of the Amazon EC2 Cloud and developed deep competencies in Cloud deployment, setup, and integration.

As the business continued to flourish, Levementum announced a successful management-led recapitalization with Inoca Capital Partners in 2015. This allowed the business to drive advancement, expand the Levementum customer base and further accelerate value in offering CRM and digital services.

In 2016, the leadership team recognized an opportunity to broaden the Salesforce practice further by establishing a Salesforce Marketing Cloud team in Indianapolis, IN and becoming a fully functional omni-cloud partner.  Additionally, deep experience within the eCommerce and manufacturing industries let to the establishment of two vertically focused specialization groups – Consumer/Retail & Manufacturing.  

Today, continuing our commitment to offer full life-cycle value as the Customer Engagement Experts, we concentrate on industry leading platforms and technologies including Salesforce, SugarCRM, marketing automation integrations, predictive intelligence, and IoT solutions.

Doug Guilbeau


As a co-founder of Levementum, Doug Guilbeau is responsible for the definition and execution of Levementum’s operations and sales, including its consulting and support practices and product management. His thought leadership and execution has been instrumental in the growth and maturity of both its SugarCRM and Salesforce practices. He has also led dramatic transformations in business development. Before founding Levementum, Doug held key leadership positions at Microchip Technology, Accenture, and Solutions Consulting, Inc. (Perot Systems). He earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting and finance from Northern Arizona University. Doug is also an active member of the Tempe Diablos Charities.

Michael Millerwise

Senior Vice President, Global Service & Delivery

Michael Millerwise is the Manager of Levementum’s Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud Practice. As a collaborative leader skilled in facilitating groups in analyzing problems, defining solutions, and structuring work to achieve optimal results, Michael manages and brings extensive program and project management expertise to Levementum’s Salesforce practice. With a proven track record of delivering complex, $50+ million dollar initiatives for Fortune 100 organizations, He is skilled in the development, deployment and evolution of cutting-edge software products and enterprise solutions. Michael graduated from Western Michigan University and has held respected positions at Ernst & Young, I/Net Incorporated and Intel Corporation.

Michael Burton

Senior Vice President, Sales Marketing & Alliances

Michael Burton is a passionate services leader with over 16 years in professional services. Michael has strong technical, financial & operational experience alongside a love for recruiting, developing & growing teams from the ground up and is responsible for revenue growth, profitability, improved customer engagement and understanding the requirements of business transformation. He has held service leadership roles at Baker Hill/Experian (banking technology), ANGEL Learning (Blackboard) and Compendium Blogware & Courseload. Prior to Levementum, Michael was a Director, Services at Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Much of Michael‘s focus and experience while at Salesforce was in the Northeast Region and in the retail, travel & hospitality, pharma & financial services industries. He graduated from Indiana University and runs Levementum’s Indiana based office.

Adam Canova

Director, SugarCRM Practice

Adam Canova is responsible for delivery and execution of Levementum’s SugarCRM consulting practice. In his role, Adam is accountable for the SugarCRM consulting team, its practices and methods. He joined Levementum in 2012 and has personally led some of the Company’s largest SugarCRM implementations. Prior to joining Levementum, he held IT leadership positions at Hospice of the Valley, L&G Mortgagebanc, and Masco Support Services. Adam received a Bachelor of Science in Management from the Arizona State University, and a Masters of Business Administration from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

Jose Escamilla

Director of Services, LATAM

Jose Escamilla is the leader of Levementum’s operations group, the “near-shore” development center that the Company uses to support internal scale. He is responsible for managing the development and consultants in the El Paso office, including hiring, cultural development, and education. Jose joined Levementum in 2010. He earned a bachelor of science in systems engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico de Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, as well as having completed masters-level coursework at Arizona State University, with a concentration in computer science

Chris Spangler

VP of Customer Success

Chris Spanger heads up the business development for Levementum’s SugarCRM practice. In his role, Chris is accountable for both the growth of new business and the leader of account management  responsibilities. He joined Levementum in 2014 and has played a key role in transforming Levementum’s commitment to high quality customer engagement. With decades of experience in the CRM industry, he formerly worked at SugarCRM and Sage.

John Tremeroli

VP of Sales, Salesforce Practice
John Tremeroli is a highly regarded enterprise software sales executive focusing on developing, maintaining, and strengthening Executive/C-Suite customer relationships. At Levementum, John is accountable for impacting the top line revenue growth, profitability, improved customer engagement and/or required transformations to businesses. With a track record of selling multi-million dollar solutions, John has sold across multiple industries as well as within all areas of the business. His role is to align and understand the impact technology has on the business, coordinate the right team members to help realize and deliver the true value, and put proper plans and expectations in place to make it all a reality. John graduated from the University of Oregon and came to Levementum from his leadership role at

Derek Jacobson

GM, Retail & Consumer Practice

Derek Jacobson is responsible for the definition and execution of the Levementum’s culture, operations, and consulting practices focusing heavily on the use of’s industry leading solutions to enable CPG and retail oriented companies achieve higher levels of growth and profitability by leveraging omni-channel sales strategies . Derek was one of Levementum’s earliest leaders, helping establish and grow its SugarCRM and Magento practices. He is considered a thought leader on how to leverage technology solutions as part of an integrated enterprise strategy that brings together sales, marketing, fulfillment, distribution and online systems in a way that creates the highest levels of operational flexibility and effectiveness. Derek has also head reputable roles at American Express and Microchip Technologies.

Bob Goossens

GM, Industrial & High Tech Manufacturing Practice

Bob Goossens has 20 years experience in Information Technology specializing in CRM and systems integration. With a focus on Industrial and High-tech manufacturing his passion for helping sales and service organizations leverage the latest technology in improving their cross-functional processes through leadership, employee engagement and integrated systems helps him lead the manufacturing practice at Levementum. Having worked for business in manufacturing during the past 22 years, he has worked with some of the most innovative individuals in the industry. Previously holding positions at Acieta, Ellison Technologies and Rockwell International, Bob assists Levementum customers in identifying the most effective technology and processes to meet their needs.

Shawn Rogers

Director of Engineering

Shawn Rogers is responsible for Levementum’s engineering and development team. He is accountable for the coordination, management, execution and continuous improvement of the Company’s technical resources. Shawn joined Levementum as a Principal Engineer in 2010. Prior to joining Levementum, after spending 12 years with Whole Foods working in various roles in their Information Systems organization. Shawn attended Arizona State University.

Robert Tuck

Chief Technical Architect

Robert Tuck is the leader of Levementum’s engineering organization, which includes all customer and internal software development and integration activities. A certified Salesforce developer, he joined Levementum in 2012 and is an active leader in many of our software implementation projects. Robert is accountable for the oversight, growth, and improvement of Levementum’s development teams across its various practices. He formerly held roles at CloudTrigger (now Cloud Sherpas) and Medical Research Consultants (“MRC”).
