You will need to provide two full extracts of your data. Normally, clients can obtain these extracts within 48 hours of making the request to Salesforce.com. The first will be used for test, preparation and validation purposes, the final will contain your "go-live" data. We will also need your help to confirm the standard field mapping that we provide, which additional custom fields you would like to bring across, and to validate your data in a SugarCRM test instance.
